I was as clueless as you probably are before working in venture capital full time what all these start-up metrics were all about. LTV/CAC, burn, ARR, MRR, MAU, DAU, ARPU, CM1/2/3 - you name it.

Collecting here some articles that describe these well. Not all metrics are always relevant, so keep context in mind (stage of the company, industry it operates it). I plan to maintain this page as a running summary (and simplification) of what I learn (Start-up metrics).
